Cancellation Policies
We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly.
That’s why we aim to offer fair and transparent cancellation terms. Below you’ll find our policies for both day tours and multi-day round trips. Please read them carefully before booking to avoid any misunderstandings and to ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
If something comes up, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always happy to talk and will do our best to find a solution together. We’d really like to keep you as a guest and will do what we can to make things work for both sides.
For day trips our cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 1 day or less before the event
Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 2 days or less before the event
Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 3 days or less before the event
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows unfortunately cannot be refunded. Please note: in case of significant delays caused by the guest (e.g., more than 1 hour), the itinerary may need to be adjusted or the tour may be cancelled without refund.
For multi-day tours & round trips the following rules apply:
Cancellation fee of 100% is charged if cancelled 7 days or less before the event
Cancellation fee of 50% is charged if cancelled 29 days or less before the event
Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if cancelled 30 days or less before the event
Short-notice cancellations or no-shows unfortunately cannot be refunded. Please note: in case of significant delays caused by the guest (e.g., more than 1 hour), the itinerary may need to be adjusted or the tour may be cancelled without refund.
